The Infokey also performs a controller function. For this purpose, the Info Key has a display from which information such as battery status, kilometre display, etc. can be read. The maximum speed, the turtle mode and much more can also be set via key combinations.
Why a second segway infokey is so important!
Without Infokey the Segway PT cannot be started anymore. This means that if your Infokey is lost or broken, your vehicle will be without function until you receive a replacement key. However, the infokey must first be ordered from Segway Inc. This will take time. For this reason you should always have a second key ready, i.e. a spare key.
